30-day money-back guarantee. If your ghost doesn't make your Halloween, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund of the product price.

How to return

1. Email babystarsbrand@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the ghost, remote and accessories in the original box and ship it back.
4. Once we receive it, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Conditions

Items must be complete and in resalable condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it and can also send a replacement.

Damaged on arrival

Open the box on the day it arrives. If anything is broken or missing, send us a photo within 7 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
