Shipping

Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States. Shipping is free on every order.

Processing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Delivery time. Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days from the day you order. During Halloween season carriers can be busy, so please allow for a couple of extra days in the last two weeks of October.

Tracking. Every order is tracked. Use the link in your shipping email to follow your ghost on its way to you.

Wrong address or missing package. Please double-check your address at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find the package, contact us within 7 days and we will help.
